Highly Recommended Outstanding Book In How To Lose Weight

The "Simple Baby Steps to Permanent Weight Loss & True Cellular Health by Greg J. Kelly" is a great book for anyone who is truly looking for a healthy permanent way to lose weight and/or a very informative book that can educate a person step by step on how to be healthy and more.
From my experience with reading this book, I have learned so much useful educational information about the human body, how to lose weight, important foods, products, and more. I have to say, this book is truly straight forward and is a life changer because it opens your eyes to the reality of the foods we are eating in our society and the drastic effects it has on our body.
I am very happy I have purchased this book because I have been searching for ways to lose weight and this book gives that with so much more. This book is not like most typical weight loss books that only give you a bit of information to get you by your weight loss goal somewhat. I have attached the table of contents to this review for anyone who is interested in knowing the sections in the book.
I recommend this book to anyone who is look for a book that's going to truly help them with their weight lost journey. Also, if I had one thing bad to say about this book it would be the typo and disorganization of the table of contents. But although that section is not the best, the information in this book overrides that issue. I hope my review for this product was helpful for you in your decision.

Simple Baby Steps to Permanent Weight Loss and True Cellular Health is a informative, educational, and supportive e-book that anyone overweight, thin, old, or young could benefit from reading. I love the format of the book as it has funny pictures, food pictures, and others that make it an enjoyable read. As you probably know self-help books can feel monotonous when reading them and this book has found a way to break that monotony up with the use of pictures, humor, facts, formatting, and more. Great job Greg J Kelly as I often don't finish these types of books since they usually leave me so bored and it ends up on the read later pile and then collect dust. I have had this book opened almost everyday for encouragement and needed information. I could just go on and on about how happy I am that I really enjoyed reading a self-help book!! lol
I found each chapter had information, data, or facts that I did not know about. Important information about food, my body, toxins, even sunscreen or other gems of knowledge by Kelly. I have been referring to this book often and taking a new approach to my total body health and changing how, when, and what I eat and do to see if these steps are the answer to my years and years of horrible health mistakes. Greg Kelly provides you with a plan of attack to create a new healthy you so you can achieve your goals and feel great because you are getting healthy.
I will give you an example of the first thing I changed after reading this book and I am still sticking to it! If it says corn syrup or corn sugar it does not get purchased or eaten by me or my husband. I have added many more changes but don't want to say too much for the sake of supporting our authors and their work, but in two weeks I have found that I feel better, healthier, and have more energy than I have felt in years. I am 52 and my energy ran away around 45. Well it is starting to return and I am thrilled about that. I highly recommend this book and feel anyone would benefit from it. If you want straight up help with changing your lifestyle, mindset, and habits to healthier ones and not just a bunch of useless coaching and boring recipes, calories, etc.. READ this book and get the knowledge you need and can use.

Kelly’s book is an excellent book

I found this book to be very informative and motivational. Packed with well-researched educational information on how to stay healthy, lose weight and maintain optimum health. This book includes tons of enlightening information that gives you a new perspective about dieting and losing weight.
Greg J. Kelly’s book,” Simple Baby Steps to Permanent Weight Loss and True Cellular Health," gave me the insights to understanding that it doesn’t matter how much you weigh, what matters is how healthy you are. Kelly hits it right off the bat by using an excellent example by saying you could be 100 pounds, toxic, sluggish and have a high fat percentile, what good is it being thin if your body is not functioning at optimum health.
Kelly clearly and concisely explains the importance of incorporating cellular health into our life. Simple Baby Steps to Permanent Weight Loss and True Cellular Health is the key to a happy, healthy and productive life. If the majority of society changes than the corporate world will have no choice, but to change too. Corporations and companies only produce when there is a demand for something. If we change our lifestyle they will have no choice, but to change too because the demand for it will be gone. I am up for the challenge. Are you?
