I would definitely recommend this ebook for people who are just starting out ...

I would definitely recommend this ebook for people who are just starting out with the Paleo diet. The author introduces you to the Paleo diet which is very easy to read and informative. The segment on the "Do's and Don't's was very informative as well as the "Golden Rule", The How To Get Started Chapter really helped walking you through clearing out the non-paleo food and blessing others and what to actually stock your cupboards and fridge with. The author even touched base on how to wean yourself from your regular "comfort" foods. The reason that I only gave four stars is because the lack of recipes...I was truly hoping for a lot more than the four breakfast recipes since that is the area that I need the most help with. I really enjoyed making the Banana Bread On The Go - easy to make (skipped the coconut) and delicious! I also like the Roasted Sweet Potato wedges. There was a three day Paleo menu plan however it didn't consist of enough food or even calories for one adult on a typical day. It appeared to be more of a idea of the recipes that were provided in the ebook, I did receive this book for free in exchange for an honest review

They are chemicals that are trying to make you want more of the crap that you are eating

Let me just start by saying that if you are not on a Paleo diet, or at least eating clean, you are living your life in all the wrong ways. I decided that it was time in my life that I needed to start taking care of myself and that had to start with what I was putting in my body. Have you ever truly looked at the ingredients in what you are eating. Some of the things in there are literally not even food. They are chemicals that are trying to make you want more of the crap that you are eating. We wonder why so many people are struggling with huge issues like heart disease, cancer, and high cholesterol. Could it be that we are not eating real foods? Okay, after that little personal revelation I threw out all my junk and started to find natural foods to eat. It's very easy to go to the store and only buy real food. We know what isn't good for us. If it's boxed or canned or premade it's not the right stuff. Here is my issue though, we are so used to all this variety and used to cooking our favorite foods with all this processed crap, and even pintrest is lacking in the good paleo recipes category. I mean, you can only eat the same thing so many times before you just get sick of eating it. So, here I am looking through this little cookbook praying that by some miracle sent from heaven I might have a single new meal idea. Boy was I in for a treat! This thing is full of great ideas.Of course you are going to have to meal prep for most of them, but welcome to the world of beings a human being. Food is not supposed to be done in 30 seconds, I promise it really isn't. Anyway, I'd say if you are just a beginner on the diet, or really wanting some new ideas, get this bad boy on your kindle and you won't be sorry. Stick with this diet and you are going to start feeling a pep in your walk that you didn't know you could have, you will sleep well, your skin will be nice, you will have REAL energy and not just for an hour or two like you would get from caffeine, but all of the time. Not to mention, you are likely going to loose a crazy amount of weight even if you are not working out too. I love paleo!

Simple Paleo Diet recipes

Paleo Diet seems more like a life change then a diet. For instance in this book they emphanize on stocking up on protein sources, veggies, fruits. They do not cut out all fat. It is ok to eat bacon as it is part of an anti-inflammatory strategy. As I am reading thru the recipes they sound very simple and don’t seem off kilter. This is something I am interested in trying. I have never had banana chips but it sounds like a great snack. Slice thinly, the instructions say to coat with vinegar but the recipe calls for lemon so I am opting to use the lemon instead 
