Perfect timing

This book came to me at the perfect time as I am recovering from the stomach flu, and was already planning on drinking broth and keeping my food intake light and nourishing during my recovery period. The recipes and daily plan in this book have added some variety and inspiration to my little cleanse, and some excitement like doing it with a friend instead of alone. Also, I recently began working with an irodologist to resolve some health issues. She recommended that I follow a sugar free, grain free, dairy free diet as well as take herbs for blood sugar and hormone balance. This book helped me to understand some of the science behind her recommendations. This is a very brief book, but full of good information.

This book could have not came at a better time! I have been struggling with nutrition my entire life and after playing the game of the up and down of weight gain/loss, I had started to give up on a simple solution on how to just get healthy. This is a very simple informative book on how to reset and to start to focusing on turning your health around. Great and easy read that I recommend to everyone!
